Who we are
The Indian Luxe Edit ("we", "us") sells Indian clothing and jewellery in the UK. We are responsible for the personal information you give us. You can contact us at WhatsApp 07402742007.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number and delivery address, so we can confirm and send your order.
- Your order details, such as items, price and payment method.
- Messages you send us on WhatsApp, Instagram or by email.
- If you leave a review: your name, rating and comment, and a photo if you choose to add one. We show a review only after we have checked it, and a photo only if you added it for that purpose.
We do not store card numbers. Card and bank payments are handled by the payment provider or your bank.
Why we use it
- To process and deliver your order.
- To keep accounting and tax records, as the law requires (legal obligation).
- To answer your questions and sort out returns (legitimate interest).
Who we share it with
Only the couriers and payment providers needed to complete your order. We never sell your details.
How long we keep it
Order and accounting records for 6 years, as tax rules require. Other details, such as chat messages, for up to 12 months after your last order.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it where the law allows. Contact us at WhatsApp 07402742007 and we will reply within one month.
